Our commitment:

·      We are committed to being everything that ice cream shops need us to be. That means you, the ice cream shop, are the number one focus of our business.  

What we believe:

·       We believe that cookie dough is to ice cream shops as French fries are to fast food restaurants. That means the reason our business exists is provide products that could turn your ice cream shop into a great one.

·       We believe an ice cream shop's brand is more important than our own. That means enabling you to offer your own branded edible cookie dough in your store. That means that your customers never need to know that Kelly’s Famous even exists. 

·       We believe ice cream shops need both simplicity and variety. That means providing you with a product that can easily be turned into an infinite number of edible cookie dough flavors, as well as dairy free and vegan options. 

·       We believe ice cream shops need to conserve their valuable refrigeration space. That means providing you with a product that requires no more than 17% of its surplus ingredient storage to be refrigerated (the butter).  

·       We believe an ice cream shop’s back of house should not look more like a bakery than an ice cream shop. That means enabling you to offer edible cookie dough that requires minimal ingredients and steps to produce. 

·       We believe ice cream shops need to be profitable. That means providing you with a product that costs less than "ready to serve" edible cookie dough.
