Shipping policy

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays. Orders need to be in by end of day on Monday in order to be shipped out on Tuesdays.

Each tub of cookie dough is individually wrapped with an ice pack inside insulation foil. 

If your package did not stay cold during shipping, don't worry. It did not spoil, unless the shipping time took a week or more. The only ingredient in our edible cookie dough that is at risk of spoiling is butter. The US Department of Agriculture says that butter can be left out for a couple of days without spoiling. And given the butter is mixed with sugar and salt in our cookie dough, it would take many more days before it would spoil, as sugar and salt are preservatives. Our edible cookie dough is fine if it did not stay cold for the entire shipment. We do however recommend that you serve it at a refrigerated temperature, given it will be a runny consistency at room temperature. So just put it in the fridge, let it get cold and enjoy!
