Onsite Production and Training

This service offering includes:

1. Delivery service of Kelly's Famous Cookie Dough Mixes (delivery fee may apply)
2. Delivery service of ingredients sourced from Costco or other vendors (butter, chocolate chips,  Oreo, peanut butter, vanilla extract, mint extract, etc...)
3. Production service of 12 double batches of edible cookie dough
4. Training service of staff
5. Consulting service of sales and marketing strategy

We come onsite to your ice cream shop and produce approximately 144 pounds of cookie dough for you. The flavors we will make are:

• 3 double batches of Chocolate Chip (approximately 36 pounds)
• 2 double batches of Cookies & Cream (approximately 24 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Sugar Cookie (approximately 12 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Peanut Butter (approximately 12 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Mint Chocolate Chip (approximately 12 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Buttercream Frosted Cake (approximately 12 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Brownie Batter (approximately 12 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Coffee Blondie (approximately 12 pounds)
• 1 double batch of Cotton Candy (approximately 12 pounds)

We will train up to 8 members of your staff while we produce the above.

During this time you can also pick our brain regarding the years we spent owning and operating Cookie Dough Creamery and Farmhouse Ice Cream Parlor. We will even help you develop business strategies for your new product offering.

You will need to provide a table of around 10 square feet, with an electrical plug for both our mixer and our hotpot, as well as refrigeration space for approximately 18 gallons of edible cookie dough we will make for you. It will take around 4 hours to make all 12 double batches, depending on how involved you and your staff decide to get while being trained.
